Ideally facing due South, this charming studio of nearly 24 m² offers a bright living space and a lovely open view of the surrounding mountains and nature. Beautifully wood-paneled throughout for a classic chalet feel, this optimized and functional space is perfect for your mountain getaways with family or friends.
The main room features a welcoming living area with a dining space and an open-plan kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped to simplify your daily life, featuring a combination stove and dishwasher, a microwave, a kettle, capsule coffee maker, as well as fondue and raclette sets for savory winter evenings. The living room opens directly onto a pleasant, sun-drenched balcony.
Designed to comfortably accommodate up to four guests, the sleeping arrangements include a quality sofa bed and a large pull-down double bed that folds discreetly against the wall to free up the entire living space during the day (duvets are provided). The property also includes a functional bathroom with a toilet.
For your convenience, you have a private outdoor parking space (number 56) as well as a ski locker ideally located at the building's entrance, right behind the mailboxes.
To ensure the peace and cleanliness of the premises, pets are not allowed.
